Preparation of Details.
Whilst you will clearly not wish to emphasis any negative aspects of your property you must be honest with your descriptions and accurate with your measurements. It is a waste of both your time and a prospective buyer to encourage a viewing based on false information. If you make a false or misleading statement about your property, you could even be sued for misrepresentation. Remember to include information about your locality. Are there schools, shops etc. nearby? Are you near a bus route? You may like to use our seller’s check sheet.
Send you information to Flintshire Properties:
Send your photographs and property description to Flintshire Properties with your cheque for £150 (payable to P.G.Parsons please). Photographs can be conventional prints which we will scan, or if you have the facilities, in electronic format either on CD or floppy disk. We will not clear you cheque until your property is displayed on our web site. This will normally take place within 5 working days.
If you have the facilities you can e-mail your details and photos (in .jpg format please) to sales@flintshireproprties.co.uk and pay by credit card.

Contact Flintshire properties to arrange a visit where we will photograph your property and measure your rooms. Cost for this additional service will depend upon the size of your property and its location and for most houses will be around £150. Additional photos can be included, £10 per photo.
All properties will have their own web page and a link will be included to a detailed location map. You will be advised when your property is listed and you are asked to check your property details and notify us as soon as possible if any errors are found.
Please note that due to the technical limitations of web sites, the number and size of photos on a web page must be limited. Seven photographs will in most circumstances be more than adequate, but where more or larger photographs are requested a second web page may be required.

Distance Selling Regulations.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any Service purchased from Flintshire Properties and obtain a full refund, provided that Flintshire Properties has not started to provide the Service to you.
To cancel this Agreement you must e-mail or write to Flintshire Properties before the expiry of seven working days beginning with the day following the day on which you place your order for the Service. Flintshire Properties shall provide you with a refund as soon as possible and in any case within a period not exceeding 30 days beginning with the day on which you give notice of cancellation.
Technical. Delfryn Design web sites are designed so that they are suitable for display at the most popular screen resolutions, 800 by 600 and 1024 by 768 (or equivalent) in Internet Explorer web browsers (versions 6 and above). Sites will be also be viewable in screen resolutions 640 by 480, but the full width of the page will not be visible without the user moving the image. In higher resolutions the view will be located centrally in the browser window. Delfryn Design web sites are built using “framed web pages and cascading style sheets” to provide a high standard of graphic versatility. Property detail pages are scaled to allow viewers to print the pages without clipping the side of the page, a common problem when printing from the Internet. If you experience problems let us know.
