Location. E.g. Rural village near to open countryside;  5 minute walk from town centre,  5 minutes drive from expressway to Chester; etc. Remember, you must be honest in your description!



Accommodation:  Describe, with dimensions where practical:

Lounge (fireplace, gas fire, wood burner etc).

Dining room (serving hatch to kitchen?)

Kitchen (state finish or colour of units & work-top).

Landing (Is there an airing cupboard?)
